Important Notes Regarding CE Accredited Presentations:

All presentations are accredited by the Alberta Insurance Council, or the Manitoba Insurance Council. Roll-call will occur at the beginning and end of the presentation. To receive the CE credits certificate, you must be present for the whole session and successfully complete a quiz (60%). Failure to be present for the quiz or unsuccessful quizzes will not receive the CE credit certificates. Certificates will be issued by email within 10 business days of the session. For information on CE requirements as they apply to your insurance license, please contact the appropriate insurance council.

Understanding the Claims Process

Ultimately when a client purchases travel insurance, they purchase the end result, which is the claim. Being comfortable with and understanding the claims process can help you to better advise your clients. This session will review the claims process from the time the claim occurs until the claim outcome decision is made.
