Currently, we offer 2 emergency medical travel insurance plans, designed specifically for non-residents of Canada travelling within Canada, as well as recent immigrants to Canada. The Essential and Premier plans are customized to provide the appropriate coverage to meet your clients’ needs and are available to those over 14 days old and under 85 years of age during the entire period of coverage.

Visitors to Canada – Premier Highlights

• Meets Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Super Visa requirements
• Covers stable pre-existing conditions up to age 79 (please see policy for restrictions)
• Up to $100,000 Emergency Medical Benefits
• $100,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment Benefit
• Covers Emergency Hospitalization, Medical and Dental
• Repatriation Benefit: $15,000; Cremation benefit: $5,000
• Paramedical Services due to injury
• Return of Baggage & Personal Effects: $500
• Hospital Stay Allowance
• $250 deductible is waived if the insured is hospitalized for more than 48 consecutive hours.

Your clients will appreciate a ’10 day right to examine’ period. Full refunds are available if your client cancels their policy within 10 days of purchase provided it is prior to the effective date of your client’s period of coverage. After this 10 day review period, your client can still receive partial refunds less an administration fee charged by Travelance. There is no administrative fee charged when your client cancels their policy due to a denial of their Visa application.
